We provide FREE SHIPPING for all dicsground products.
How long does it take for my order to be processed and sent?
- Once your payment is verified, we will ship your order within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Your Order Will be delivered within 5-8 business days (Monday to Friday)
Can I track my order?
After an order is placed, we will send you an email with the shipping details. This will include a tracking number and link, which will tell you when you can expect the delivery and also give you information on the status of the order.
Our courier will deliver your parcel between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm, Monday – Friday. A signature may be required on receipt.
Full tracking of your parcel is available using the link provided in your Dispatch Notification email.
On the morning of delivery, our courier will send you a text message (if you provided these details at the time of order) confirming delivery that day.
If you are not in to accept your parcel, the courier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain) if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done. If the parcel can’t be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the courier will take it back to a local depot and leave a card telling you how to re-arrange delivery.
Why have I not received an order confirmation by email?
Sometimes our emails take a couple of minutes to be sent or sometimes they land in the SPAM folder.
Please check all of your email folders again in 1-2 Days – if you still haven’t received your confirmation, email support@versify.shop, and we’ll be happy to confirm your order and resend the confirmation email.

Can I change my order?
You can always change your order before you checkout – just go to the shopping bag and you can add or remove items.
If you have already checked out, please contact and we’ll do our best to change your order before it is shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order maybe subject to additional fees. If the order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with the item. Refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
My address is written incorrectly in the order confirmation – what can I do?

Why is my order late?
Most of our deliveries can take place between 8am to 9pm. If its after 9pm on your expected delivery date then your order is late. On rare occasions deliveries can be delayed due to events out of our control, when this happens we work with our couriers to get your order moving a quickly as possible. Most delayed deliveries are delivered on the following day.
If your delivery date has passed and you would like us to investigate this further, please contact us and have your order number ready.
I received my package, but my order is incomplete, incorrect, or missing – what do I do?
