The Friedrich Zone Aire 12K BTU Portable AC Plus Heat series come with built-in WiFi, which allows for smart home compatibility and control on-the-go with the FriedrichGo app. This unit offers 4-in-1 comfort: air conditioner, dehumidifier, fan and heater with 8300/12,000 BTU for cooling and 9500 BTU for heat. This unit is super portable and great for cooling or heating small spaces. The built-in heat pump will convert to a heater on cooler nights at the push of a button. Auto-swing air louvers will oscillate the air up and down. The self-evaporative condensate system means you can plug and go without worrying about emptying a condensate bucket. And with overflow protection, you don’t have to worry about overflow spilling onto the floor. The fan is 3-speed. Easy access anti-microbial filters can be washed and re-used. Auto restart.
